Ways by which your thought becomes your reality.

We are addicted to our thoughts. We cannot change anything if we cannot change our thinking.

As a low esteem person,  I had hold many false assumptions about people, that I later discovered that it was just an illusion which just appeared as a reality. Some,  the way they behaved towards me, treated me, the way they looked at me. Which makes me isolate myself from people, look down on myself, been the victim guy. Realize it is causing more havoc than good,  I know it is time to do something about it.

Things just doesn’t change by folding my hand and expecting things to happen,  I took a proactive step by:
Reading motivational books,
listen to sermons, motivational video.
Repeating positive affirmations words,
Praying to God.

It is when those things I listed above begins to influence my mind that my thinking began to change and begin to see people, the world with a different perspective.

Your thought will make or mar your potential.

When your thought are negative, you will breed out negative words and take negative action.

Our thought pattern often times determines our outcome in life, as often said, “As a man thinketh so he is”.  the moment you repeatedly say a word to yourself whether positive or negative; our subconscious mind start rejecting the statement at first,  but when persistent in repeating it consciously or uncounsciously, our mind begins to accept it as a reality.

Our mind can’t distinguished between good or bad, but will accept as a reality; what you often say to yourself.

That’s why you have to:
Watch your thoughts, they become words;
watch your words, they become
actions;
watch your actions, they become
habits;
watchyour habits, they become
character;
watch your character, for it becomes
your destiny.”

Human being are being full of thought, thought on what to eat,  cloth to wear, which job to do and so on.

The thought that influences our mind most will be what we become one day.

Our thought give birth,  the smartphone or the computer you are using now, the t.v, the aero plane, social amenities, and the greatest invention was first conceive as a thought in someone else mind.

So create a positive thought towards that thing that seems impossible at the moment (starting a blog, asking someone out, Having a lasting relationships, winning a game) and so on. Because the thought you feed yourself, you will eventually give birth to it.

You can be a good person, wife,  husband, man and leader if your thought are pure. And also miserable with an impure mindset. That’s why you need to be careful of what thought you let influence you daily.

If our thoughts are kind,
peaceful, and quiet, turned only toward good, then we also influence ourselves and radiate
peace all around us, in our family, in the whole country, everywhere.

Your mind is a very powerful weapon, you have to take time to reflect on your thought. Think about what you are thinking and extract unproductive thought. Because in the long run, your thought will sabotage your progress.

Your thought will make you reactive,  passive or proactive, make you win or loss a competition.

So if you think you’re a
failure, you’ll feel like a failure. Then, you’ll act like a failure, which reinforces your belief that you must be a failure.

If you alter the statement “am not good enough’ this assumption will lead you to feel discouraged and causes you not to put in the best of your effort in what you are doing or about to do. Not putting in the best of your effort will prevent you from attaining the best of your potential in life.

Over 12,000 to 70,000 thoughts pop up in our mind  daily, so,  don’t bother to eliminate them but put under control the dominant thoughts and beliefs that you must learn to bring under your conscious control as they are what largely determine your mental attitude.

Henceforth. Turn it to an habit to speak good of eveything, speak good, speak positive and you will surely become that.

1.Throughout this week try to take note of the thought that proceed from your mind daily.
2. Replace the negative one with affirmations(repetition of positive word) and continue to increase the positive thought by repeating it more.
